with 14 alumni engaging with the students in the past year. The Alumni Association also hosts “Take A Break” events around finals where association members come to campus to encourage students during this stressful time, providing coffee, snacks, and support. Continuing to highlight the success of our graduates from all areas of practice, we have profiled more than 20 alumni on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and alumni network as well as through our annual report. COVID ‐ 19 Impact  Modification to support services . Throughout the pandemic, the goal of the office of student affairs has been to ensure the same level of services and opportunities available to students compared to pre ‐ pandemic levels. To name a few, o mental health services were moved to a virtual format and a mental health crisis text line was made available to students o the office of career services had to cancel the in person annual career symposium but offered students three virtual career development sessions o CSTEP converted two of its experiential summer programs into virtual programs gaining much praise from participants as most summer programs that students had applied to were cancelled o the CStep program was asked in December of 2020 to assume a grant cut of 40% for the current year o admissions also converted its Open House, Admissions Camp, and New Student Orientation to a virtual format  Modifications to recruitment and enrollment strategies . Recruitment for the fall of 2020 will be done fully online through the delivery of webinars to o specific schools (typically high yield schools or schools that request an individualized webinar) o clusters of schools based on geographical areas (e.g., cluster of schools in Southern California) o the public at large Although Interview Day will be fully online until further notice, the College created a structure that will allow for applicants to interact with current students, staff and faculty.
