III. VISION: Where do you want to go in your career? What will you become? 7) Write several sentences or bullet points describing your career vision. What is your dream for your career in 10 years? Where will you be? What will it look like? What leadership roles will you be in? What will you have achieved? How would you like to be viewed within the Academy or within your discipline?
8) What is one short-term (next academic year) career goal that needs to be accomplished for this vision? Write your goals using SMART criteria; goals should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and have a Time Frame.
9) What is one long-term (3-5 years) career goal for this vision?
