Noodle Kugel by Rebecca Heaps
INGREDIENTS

1 pound of wide noodles 3 sticks of margin or butter 1 1/2 pints of plain low fat yogurt 1tsp of vanilla 5 eggs beaten1 1 16 oz can of crushed pineapple 4 oz of chopped dried apricot 1.5 cups of sugar cinamon sugar and corn flakes for topping optional
1.1. Cook and drain noodles al dente 2.Melt butter in a pot 3.Add cooked noodles to the pot Mix in the yogurt, vanilla, eggs, pineapple, apricots and sugar 4. 5.spray a 9x13 inch pan with PAM 6.Spread mixture into the pan Add cinamon and crushed cornflake to top as desired. 7. 8.Bake on 350 for 45 minutes
