Patient calls should not be transferred “blindly”. 21.Never criticize the institution, equipment, facilities, other departments, or persons in front of patients. 22.Report any unsafe conditions to the Director of University Police immediately at 212-938 5555. 23.Report any defective equipment to the Equipment Maintenance Technician and or Clinic Manager immediately. 24.Notify the Housekeeping Department if any examination room, waiting area or bathroom needs to be cleaned or disinfected due to a serious ailment. 25.Notify the Nursing staff if any patient or employee becomes injured or ill. 26.Celebrate achievements with your team.
