§ 130.00 Sex offenses; definitions of terms. Thefollowingdefinitionsareapplicabletothisarticle: 1.

“Sexualintercourse”hasitsordinarymeaningandoccursuponanypenetration,howeverslight. 2. (a) “Oral sexual conduct”means conduct betweenpersons consisting of contact between themouth and thepenis, themouthandtheanus, or themouthandthevulvaor vagina. (b) “Anal sexual conduct”means conduct betweenpersons consisting of contact between the penis and anus. 3. “Sexualcontact”meansany touchingof the sexual orother intimatepartsof apersonfor thepurpose ofgratifyingsexualdesireofeitherparty.It includesthetouchingoftheactorbythevictim,aswellasthe touchingofthevictimbytheactor,whetherdirectlyorthroughclothing,aswellastheemissionofejaculate bythe actoruponanypartofthevictim,clothedorunclothed. 4. Forthepurposesofthisarticle“married”meanstheexistenceoftherelationshipbetweentheactorand the victimasspouseswhichisrecognizedbylawatthetimetheactorcommitsanoffenseproscribedbythis article against the victim. 5. “Mentallydisabled”means that aperson suffers fromamental diseaseor defectwhich rendershimor her incapableofappraisingthenatureofhisorherconduct. 6. “Mentallyincapacitated”meansthatapersonisrenderedtemporarilyincapableofappraisingor
