Innovative Teaching and Learning Space In August, students were welcomed back with a brand new, more than 6,000 square feet square-foot teaching and learning suite on the lower lobby level. The renovated New Master Agreement Advances Partnership SUNY College of Optometry established a master agreement with NYC Health + Hospitals advancing the more than 20-year partnership in providing eye care to the community. Lead by Dr. Richard Soden, the new agreement will expedite the hiring additional optometrists at existing and new facilities within the H+H system as well as provide opportunities for students and residents.
