An eMedNY Evolution Project was deployed in July 2018 to apply the correct codes prospectively to prevent this erro r from occurring in the future. The retroactive claims back to 2016 still need to be corrected. OHIP and DOB are both aware of the retroactive component and we are working with them on the development and timing of this part of the correction.

Partially Corrected. Completion date tentatively estimated at 3/31/21.
