As a result of last year’s finding, the New York State Commission for the Blind (NYSCB) developed a procedure for reconciling CIS into SFS and has validated that this method of reconciliation works by successfully identifying miscoded vouchers. This procedure is scheduled to take place in October/November of each year for the prior federal fiscal year. For the two identified vouchers this procedure has already been completed . In addition, the findings from last year were corrected . Anticipated Completion Date: A process is in place to identify any miscoded vouchers and corrective action has already been implemented.
