We recommend that OASAS review the State’s Guide to Fiscal Operations and ensure that vouchers are coded in accordance with the State’s policies to ensure that federal drawdowns of funds are occurring in accordance with 31 CFR 205, as required through 45 CFR 96.12. Views of Responsible Officials Recommendation accepted. Corrective action has already been implemented and the issue is resolved.
