Full Status Report: The finding is corrected. The journal entry for the final piece of the retroactive correction was processed in March 2019 to recoup retroactive funds and earned interest and was applied against BHP expenditures. New BHP weekly reports, which corrected the error in question prospectively, came on line in January 2019.
