Corrective Action Planned: Corrective action has been implemented. Policies and procedures have been revised. The training was conducted for the Department’s reviewers in October 2018 and an additional control was added for a new form to be utilized during the home sponsor review. The Department will continue to utilize that form when conducting administrative reviews of day care home sponsors.
