22.Report any defective equipment to the Equipment Maintenance Technician and or Clinic Manager immediately. 23.Notify the Housekeeping Department if any examination room, waiting area or bathroom needs to be cleaned or disinfected due to a serious ailment. 24.Provide patients with privacy at registration, during examinations and for other appropriate situations. 25. If there is a situation with a patient or staff member that you cannot handle, call your supervisor. 26.Patient complaints should be handled at the local level, to the extent possible. 27.Notify the Nursing staff if any patient or employee becomes injured or ill. 28.Celebrate achievements.
