8. What if the patient is unable to make the full payment? Can they set up a payment plan?

Yes. If they would like to set up a payment plan, please have them contact the Patient Accounts department by, calling 866-905-4477, the UEC also has other programs such as the OCNY fund for indigent patients, and a fee reduction may be offered on a case by case basis depending on need.
